Mr Steve Taylor joined the PWOR Senate upon handing over Command of the PWOR in 2020 and retiring from the Canadian Army after three years as Commanding Officer. Previously he had served 30 years in the British Army, most of that time as an officer in the Princess of Wales’s Royal Regiment (PWRR). Steve continues to ‘serve’, but as a puppy raiser/trainer for the Kingston 4 Paws Service Dog charity, https://kingstonservicedogs.ca/. “Service beyond self is a very important value which the PWOR instills in people, in particular young people who are looking for a challenging and rewarding experience, early in life’s journey.”
